Streaming on Different Devices
At CathayPlay, we strive to provide our users with flexibility and convenience when accessing our diverse collection of films and content. To ensure an optimal streaming experience, please carefully review the following guidelines regarding device usage and simultaneous streaming:
Device Switching and Compatibility:
- CathayPlay allows users to access content on multiple devices. If you own more than one CathayPlay-compatible device, you can link your account to up to five (5) different devices at any given time.
Simultaneous Streaming:
- One (1) Device at a Time: To maintain the integrity of our service and to provide a fair experience for all users, CathayPlay restricts streaming to one device at a time per account. This means that while you can switch between up to five registered devices, you are only permitted to stream content on one device simultaneously.
Device Management:
- If you reach the maximum of five registered devices and wish to add a new one, you will need to remove one of the existing devices from your account. This can be done through the device management section of your account settings.
Account Security:
- We recommend keeping your account credentials secure and limiting device sharing to trusted individuals.
